MOSCOW, Jun 22 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian gold producer Polyus has decided to delist global depositary receipts (GDRs) from the London Stock Exchange (LSE), the company said in a statement on Thursday.
“Polyus announces that on June 22, 2023 the board of directors of the company decided, given the current circumstances... that maintenance of the depositary receipt programs... and level 1 American Depositary Receipt program... is no longer reasonable for the company,” the statement read.
